We proudly serve sterling silver and prime grade beef, carefully selected for its superior marbling, tenderness, and flavor. Every steak is expertly seasoned and grilled to perfection using classic Texas  techniques that highlight the natural richness of the beef. 

Our steaks are never frozen, an cut every day  for ensuring maximum freshness, tenderness, and flavor. Our steaks are expertly seasoned and grilled to perfection. We use  beef tallow for cooking  and finished with 100% grass-fed butter, enhancing the natural richness of every cut.
